Pilates and Dance Fitness in the Mount Baker neighborhood of Seattle or your location! Each 50-minute session is tailored to your specific wants and needs and may include Pilates, Dance Sculpting and Fitness, Traditional Personal Training Techniques, Stretch and Muscular Release, and other Wellness Modalities. Reformer training is available to help you reach your fitness goals.

Meet the Instructor: Erika Locatelli is a Certified Pilates Instructor. She loves working with anyone looking to get stronger and healthier. Her areas of interest and speciality are Chronic Pain, Athletes and Dancers looking to level up their practice, New and Expecting Mothers, and Men’s Health Fitness.
